IT HELP DESK
Reporting to the HR Manager, he will have the following responsibilities: go-to people for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software and technological devices; answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner; interact with system and computer users across the company; walk the customer through the problem-solving process; train users on basic system and computer functions; maintaining daily system performance; troubleshoot people problems; Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
Minimum Requirements: degree in Information Technology is preferred. Good technical knowledge;Proven experience as an help desk technician; proficiency in english; basic knowledge: windows server, VMware 2008-2012-2016, VSphere, Veeam. Medium knowledge: Microsoft 365 administrator, active directory, network permissions. Excellent knowledge: Windows 7, 10, pacchetto office. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products. Innate follow-up and follow-through skills. Understanding and proactively. Good communication skills, sense of responsibility. Other skills: autonomous, self-learning, available to work overtime to get targets.
